Flagpole Realty, Inc has announced that Patty Gillen McQuail has joined the firm, located in Newtown’s historic district at 33 Main Street.

Ms McQuail holds her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designation and is currently a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors as well as the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.

Having been an active agent in town for the past six years, she specialized in new construction, residential and land sales in Newtown and the greater Danbury area.

Ms McQuail has resided in Newtown for the past nine years with her husband, Matthew, and her daughters Mallory, 16, and Keilly, 10.
