Clarifications

A photograph used to illustrate a feature on trends in real estate foreclosures which ran in the February 29 edition of The Bee was taken in the Toll Brothers Regency at Newtown subdivision. The photograph and caption, neither of which identified Regency by name, was used for illustration purposes only, and was not meant to suggest any of the homes within the Regency at Newtown subdivision were, or are under foreclosure.

Also in the February 29 edition, coverage of the Board of Finance Public Hearing on the proposed 2008 budget reported that resident Benjamin Roberts spoke to the board in opposition to the new municipal office project at Fairfield Hills. Mr Roberts opposed providing additional funding requested for technology infrastructure for the municipal offices until existing bond monies approved for the project have been spent.
