Mark Zaczkiewicz and Halia Key Horsman

Melanie and Donald Salvesen of Southbury announce the engagement of Halia Key Horsman, New York City, to Mark Zaczkiewicz of New York City, son of Judy and Gregory Zaczkiewicz of Broad Channel, N.Y.

Ms Horsman attended Newtown and Monroe High Schools, graduating in 1999. She attended Gateway Community College.

Ms Horsman is employed as a bartender by STK in New York City.

Mr Zaczkiewicz is with the Merchant Marine, employed by K Sea in Florida.

A wedding is planned for the summer of 2009.
