What’s your earliest childhood memory?

Maureen McStocker: “My earliest childhood memory is traveling on the USS United States, a big ship, to England.”

Polly D’Addario: “Being in a stroller. My father was a doctor, and his first job was at a camp in Torrington. I remember being pushed around in the stroller.”

Maggie Schalkham: “Oh, probably something with Anne [Walder]. She’s my twin sister.”

Anne Walder: “It was the bee attack! We were very little and we were jumping on branches and they were full of hornets and we went running down the driveway!”

Nicholas Smith: “I got bit by a goose on a pond, and I saw blood on my finger!”

Laura Tashjian: “I’d have to say swimming on the lake in Ridgefield and fishing.”
