Senate Republican Leader Kevin Kelly (R-21) and Senator Tony Hwang (R-28) will host “A Better Way,” a Connecticut Senate Republican Health Care Plan Informational Town Hall Meeting, Tuesday, March 9, at 4 pm, on Facebook Live: fb.com/ctsenategop.

Learn about the CT Senate Republican plan to make quality health care more affordable. Senators Kelly and Hwang will provide a deeper dive into the comprehensive Connecticut Senate GOP proposal to rein in the skyrocketing costs of healthcare in Connecticut, lower the costs of health insurance premiums, make prescription drugs more affordable, and address health equity.

The Senate Republican plan is to fix broken elements of the health care system by providing relief to middle-class families and making quality health care more accessible. At the same time it protects the good-paying jobs of CT’s flagship insurance industry.

A virtual public hearing on the plan is scheduled to take place later this week.

Senator Kelly represents Monroe, Seymour, Shelton and Stratford.

Senator Hwang represents Easton, Fairfield, Newtown, Weston and Westport.
