St Rose Pack 570 Thanks Community With A Poem

Den 7 Tigers had a lot to learn,

For their Tiger patch they wanted to earn.

Without the help of Mrs Patty Graves,

We would not have completed the required grades.

Our tour of the Matthew Curtiss House was an historical sight.

With a trip to the backyard tool shed, it was pure delight.

We tasted butter that we did churn.

The “Making My Family Special” achievement we did earn.

Our Big Y tour was a tasty treat.

With cupcakes and pizza for us to eat.

We thank Mr Scott Milas and Mr Bill Hayes,

Who guided us through the food chain maze.

The Achievement “Keeping Myself Healthy and Safe” was indeed a feat.

We now understand the food pyramid from candy to wheat.

Officer Flynn took us on a Police Station tour.

We discussed 911 and so much more.

A look at the police cruiser was the main highlight.

The Achievement “Where I Live” we earned with delight.

Fire safety was taught by Firefighter Mr Chris Belair.

He discussed what to do if a fire should flare.

We toured the fire station and sat in the fire truck.

We learned to be safe, we felt we were in luck.

For there was one more thing to do for our patch,

And Charter Communications was a perfect match.

We were greeted by our tour guide Mr Dave King,

Who taught us there’s more to TV than sitting in the wing.

By the end of our tour we recorded an introduction.

It was quite a spectacular Tiger production!

We are now Tigers, we can say it with pride.

It was you who came through, you were our guide!

Thank you

Michael Cabral, Cyril Brown, Alan DePinto, Evan Doering, William Gully, Alex Lais, Jack Moulder, Brian Rice, and Sonny Sutton
