Three Charged
Police report they arrested three male Newtown High School students under age 16 on the morning of March 15, charging each of the three with third-degree assault for their alleged involvement in a fight at the high school at about 8 am.
Police said the three boys assaulted a fourth boy who received minor injuries in the incident.
Because the three boys are under age 16, they are considered juveniles, and their identities are concealed by police. Each of the three are scheduled to appear April 3 in Danbury Juvenile Court.
