Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Talk

NEW MILFORD — On Tuesday, April 5, at 6:30 pm at the New Milford Hospital Robison Conference Rooms, orthopedic surgeon Robert Yaghoubian, MD, will present a Community Health Forum entitled “Carpal Tunnel Syndrome & Other Common Hand Problems.” Dr Yaghoubian is a member of the New Milford Hospital Medical Staff.

A free carpal tunnel screening will precede Dr Yaghoubian’s talk.

There are a host of misconceptions regarding CTS including the fact that CTS causes undue disability, all people with CTS require surgery, recovery is long and difficult, and there is little that can be done for it. These are especially disconcerting because CTS is not generally seen in idle hands.
