Moments In Inspiration

WOODBURY — Theresa Strack will present a program called “Moments of Inspiration in The Study and Practice of Yoga” at Woodbury Yoga Center on Sunday, April 3. The free program will begin at 6:45 pm.

Theresa Strack a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the New Haven area for the past 25 years, and associated with the Visitng Nurses South Central New Haven. Her clinical practice includes deep relaxation through meditation in the homecare environment.

Ms Strack has studied for two years with Angel Honig and joins Ms Honig in Hawaii twice a year expanding her knowledge with Hatha Yoga. She is certified through Integral Hatha Yoga Association, and also a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance since October 2004.

Following Ms Strack’s presentation attendees will join for a group meditation (free instruction will be available), followed by an informal tea reception.
