A Successful And Fun Fundraiser

To The Editor:

I want to thank everyone who made our annual Newtown Congregational Preschool Silent Auction a successful and fun evening. I want to thank our vice presidents, Meaghan Berry and Jill Baimel, and their committees for their endless hours of work and their understanding families.

I also want to thank Erin Varga and our parents and grandparents for creating and sewing the beautiful quilts that we auctioned off that night. They were absolutely beautiful.

Special thanks goes to Dr Richard Coopersmith who was wonderful and lots of fun as our master of ceremony that evening.

I want to thank the Newtown community and our benefactors who supported our auction with donations for this evening. Without their generosity this evening would not happen. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, and friends who attended our special evening.

Lastly, I can never thank my teachers Judy Stowell and Mike Zavatsky enough for their loving care, hard work, and enthusiasm for the children of our preschool.

Sincerely

Kathy Murdy, Director
