Lisa M. O’Toole to Captain Kevin D. Jackson

Lawrence and Judith O’Toole of Sandy Hook are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa M. O’Toole, to Captain Kevin D. Jackson, son of Bob and Nancy Jackson of Troy, Mo.

The future bride graduated from Newtown High School, and the University of Connecticut at Storrs with a BS degree in Health Systems Management. She will complete her MA degree in education from Simmons College in Boston, Mass., in May 2004. She is currently a first grade teacher Reading, Mass.

The future bridegroom graduated from Buchanan High School in Troy, Mo., and the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Management/Systems Engineering. He received a MS degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri. He is currently company commander of Alpha Company, 10th Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division stationed at Fort Stewart, Ga.

A July wedding is planned.
