In five words or less, how would you describe Newtown?

Megan OâBrien: Itâs where my friends are.

Ben Rosenthal: Thatâs where I live.

Dave Hollis: Itâs the place where I work.

Jim Hoey: Itâs quiet. Itâs beautiful. The people are very nice. The schools are excellent.

Joseph Tether: Itâs a great place to live.

Paget Haylon: Great for kids and families.

New Referendum Voting Opportunity

Schools could be consolidated here as enrollment decreases. And some 'luxury' programs should be trimmed. Downsizing administrators and support staff should be considered as well. And a 'few hundred' dollars on top of inflation is a bridge too far.
