Joseph C. Bolduc

Danbury Insurance Agency Owner

For Many Years

Joseph C. Bolduc, 78, of Newtown, formerly of Danbury, died at his home March 30. He was the husband of 49 years to Judith F. (Palkovick) Bolduc. He was born in New Haven, January 19, 1931, the son of Joseph N. and Josephine (Bachrycz) Bolduc.

Mr Bolduc was a graduate of Danbury High School, and served in the Air Force during the Korean War, where he was also a member of the Air Force Band. He was a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting.

He was the proprietor of Joseph C. Bolduc and Associates Insurance Agency in Danbury for more than 25 years. He was a longtime member of the Danbury Rotary Club, where he served as past president, and was chairman of its Youth Exchange Program.

He was a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Danbury.

In addition to his wife, Mr Bolduc is survived by three daughters, Danielle DeGrazia and her husband, Stephen, of Bethel, Jill Bolduc of Seattle, Wash., and Nicole Bolduc of Mary Estes, Fla.: five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated April 2. Burial was in St Peter Cemetery, Danbury.
