A Valentineâs Day wedding was celebrated by the Bell and DeCrescenzo families earlier this year, when Krista Bell and Joseph DeCrescenzo, both of Oxford, were married Saturday, February 14. Lewis Roberts officiated the ceremony, which was held at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa in Old Saybrook. A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Janet Bell of Sandy Hook. She was given into marriage by her father.
The groom is the son of Joseph and Anna DeCrescenzo of Oxford.
The maid of honor was Janna Bell of South Norwalk, the bridesmaid was Elena Lee of Boston, and Emma Boland of Newtown was the junior bridesmaid.
Jeremy Davino of Moodus was the best man. Mike LeBlanc of Seymour was an usher, while Zachary Boland of Newtown was junior groomsman.
Krista did her undergraduate studies at Providence College before earning her MBA from UConn-Stamford. She is a senior product manager for Affinion Group.
Jeff, a graduate of Unity College, is a microbiologist for the State of Connecticut.
Having celebrated their marriage with a honeymoon in St Lucia, the DeCrescenzos have returned to their home in Oxford.
