Festival Promises A Cultural Adventure

BRIDGEPORT — On Saturday, April 15, the 24th International Festival will take place at the Wheeler Recreation Center on the University of Bridgeport campus. Entitled “Faces, Places and Tastes: A Cultural Adventure,” the festival will present students from more than 35 countries showcasing their native foods and culture.

Food booths will be open from 4 to 6 pm. Festival attendees will be allowed to eat all the food they want. Entertainment will then run from 6 to 9 pm.

Tickets are $15 for adults if purchased or reserved in advance, and $10 for seniors and children. A $40 family ticket provides admission for two adults and up to four children. All tickets purchased at the door will cost an additional $2.
