Glee Club Will Celebrate Spring

FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield University Glee Club, under the baton of conductor Carole Ann Maxwell, will celebrate Spring with a concert called “20th — The American Century,” on Saturday, April 15. The concert will begin at 8 pm and will be presented in the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts, on the university’s campus. Accompanist will be Glen Tate, the organist and director of music at St Thomas More Church in Darien.

The Chamber Singers, the Men’s Ensemble, Sine Nomine Singers and Sweet Harmony, a group of female vocalists, will also perform individually. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for students, and can be purchased in advance by calling 203/254-4010 or 877/ARTS-396 (877/278-7396).
