Angela Schaedler Joins

Angela Schaedler of Alberts Hill Road has joined the office of Danbury Mortgage as a mortgage specialist.

Danbury Mortgage, a division of Charter Oak Lending Group, LLC, is a licensed mortgage broker with the Connecticut Department of Banking and serves all of Connecticut.

Mrs Schaedler will focus on the financing needs of homebuyers, builders, and investors in Newtown, Monroe, Southbury, Woodbury, and Roxbury, as well as the surrounding areas. She will specialize in providing custom financing for unusual properties and projects.

She attended advanced training in financing for the self-employed homebuyer, first time purchasers, and unique transactions. Currently, she is offering free pre-approvals for all homebuyers.

Additionally, she brings several years of finance, sales, and customer service experience to Danbury Mortgage. Mrs Schaedler has lived in Newtown since 1992 with her husband, Tom, and daughters Kathryn, 5, Rebecca, 4, and Julianna, 23 months.
