Pamela Buzi of William Ravis in Monroe was the listing agent, and Pamela Gleason of Century 21 Scalzo/The Gleason Group sold the property.

The seller’s attorney was Patricia Berlin, and the buyer’s attorney was Natalia Kerler.

Randall Thomas recently sold land at 9 Point O’ Rocks Road, Newtown, to William Pieragostini of Trumbull.

The property was exclusively listed by Bob Gleason of Century 21 Scalzo/The Gleason Group and was sold in cooperation with Bill Valentine of Valentine Real estate.
