Newtown’s 14th Annual Strutt Your Mutt is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 11 am-2 pm, at the Fairfield Hills campus.

Rain date is Sunday, May 11, during the same hours.

Newtown Park and Bark, along with the Newtown Parks and Recreation Department, are again planning a 2K dog walk, an agility course, contests, games, and a variety of local vendors for those who attend the annual event.

All dogs must be leashed; flexi leads are not permitted.

Crazy Taco Mex Food Truck and Happy Tail Coffee Trailer food trucks will also be on-site to provide delicious treats for attendees.

In conjunction with the event, the Newtown Board of Realtors will be hosting an Animal Shelter Donation Drive to benefit Newtown Animal Shelter. Donations of pet food and supplies will be accepted at the booth during Strutt Your Mutt.
