Fear Of Public Speaking Tackled At WWF

The next meeting of the Working Women’s Forum will feature Debbie Fay, founder of Bespeak Presentation Solutions, a public speaking coaching/presentation skills building company.

The event is set for Monday, May 7, at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook. Networking begins at 6 pm, with dinner and guest speaker at 6:30.

Ms Fay is committed to providing members and guests with solid new tools and the knowledge to be the kind of speaker who gets heard and gets results.

“Being afforded the chance to present your product or service to a potential client is an opportunity you never want to pass up or mess up,” Ms Fay said. “If you are avoiding meetings, situations, or events because of fear or dislike of public speaking, this is an evening you don’t want to miss.”

Ms Fay said the presentation will be especially valuable for those who find themselves disappointed in their professional performance or its result, and are not sure why or what to do about it.

Those interested in attending can call in reservations to 364-1667 or email reservations to: rsvp@workingwomensforum.net. The program and dinner fee will be $25 for members and $35 for nonmembers.

The Working Women’s Forum is an organization that provides a forum for working women to meet and grow professionally and personally through education, networking and the sharing of ideas and experiences.
