Lisa Mariano and Michael Heneghan

Announcement is made of the engagement between Lisa Lynne Mariano and Michael John Heneghan. A September wedding is being planned.

Ms Mariano, of Southbury, is the daughter of Anthony Mariano and Laurie Hornbecker of Southbury. She graduated from Pomperaug High School in 2000, and then graduated in 2004 from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s in elementary education. She is currently a fifth grade teacher for Seymour Public Schools.

Mr Heneghan, of Sandy Hook, is the son of Michael and the late Gail Heneghan, also of Sandy Hook. He is a 1999 graduate of Henry Abbott Regional Vocational Tech, and is a self-employed trim carpenter.
