Watercolors By  Chabrian At Morrison Gallery

KENT — Vivid new watercolors by the Kent-based artist Deborah Chabrian will be exhibited beginning May 6 at Morrison Gallery, 5 Maple Street. The exhibit opens on Saturday with a reception from 2 to 5 pm, and will be on display through May 25.

Ms Chabrian’s works are prized by collectors because she paints her subjects with a richness and depth that is not usually seen in watercolors, making her works unique and distinctive.

“Deborah is one of the most gifted artists working in the watercolor medium today. Her warm engaging, and sensitive paintings demonstrate both her well developed skills and her understanding of great art,” said Stephen Doherty, editor in chief, American Artist magazine.

Morrison Gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am until 5:30 pm, and Sunday 1 to 4 pm.
