Little Me follows the dizzying rise to stardom of Belle Poitrine – a no-talent beauty from the other side of the tracks who always happens to be in the right place at the right time. Bradford Blake, who directed last year’s hit, Bat Boy, will return to direct this classic of American musical theatre.

Auditions will be at TheatreWorks on Monday and Tuesday, May 17-18, from 7 to 9 pm.

Actors must arrive prepared with their best 16 bars that show their range, power and confidence. An accompanist will be provided. People without sheet music will not be seen.

Also, be prepared to learn movement combination and read from the script.

Mr Bradford is seeking multi-racial casting.

For more information visit www.TheatreWorks.us.

TheatreWorks offers a stipend to all performers, technicians, and directors.

Rehearsals will begin in late May, usually Monday through Thursday evenings, with performances beginning July 16 and running through August 21 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

TheatreWorks is at 5 Brookside Avenue, just off Route 202 (next to M&B’s IGA) in New Milford.
