Crickerbrook Farms, Monroe

Joan Weller, the former owner of Crickerbrook Farm, Monroe, has sold her horse farm after nearly three decades of operation. The new owner, Stephanie McComiskey, has renamed the farm “Shalimar Fields.”

Cathy Masi of Flagpole Realty, Inc, listed, marketed, and sold the property with negotiations for the seller handled by Kathi Weller, also of Flagpole Realty.

Andrew Cretella of Trumbull represented Joan Weller and Michael Nahoum of Newtown represented Stephanie McComiskey.
