Noyes-Ryder Financial 4, BASE Technologies 2 – Pat Thornberg and Andy Kelley each went 2-for-2 as Nick Barreto, Colton Sposta and Gary Braun had base hits to lead Noyes-Ryder. For BASE, Rob Marona went 2-for-2 as David Gerics, Jeff Grasso and Matt Spencer hit line drive singles.

Westport Worldwide 10, Lee J. Demers, Builder 5 – Brandon Cooper, Mike Lobosco, Dan Poeltl and Pat Sullivan (with a home run, his second) had two hits apiece to lead Westport. Alex Roche had a hit and scored twice. For Demers, Richie Sandler (with a home run, his second) and Dean Demers banged out two hits each. Kyle Wilcox doubled while Nicky Sajovic, Ben Stoller and Sean Dardine all collected hits.

Westport Worldwide 15, Onex 6 – After falling behind 6-2 in the bottom of the 5th inning, Westport Worldwide sent 18 batters to the plate and scored 13 runs. Dan Poeltl sparked the comeback by hitting a two-run homer over the right centerfield fence. Pat Sullivan had two hits and Alex Roche had two hits and scored three runs.

Emmett & Glander 8, Lee J. Demers, Builder 4 – Stephen Conway, Stefan Hennessey (with a homer) and Michael Allwein had RBI singles to lead Emmett & Glander. For Demers, Sean Dardine homered as Kyle Wilcox and Richie Sandler had key, run-scoring hits. Dean Demers pitched very well in relief.

Onex 14, Noyes-Ryder Financial 10 – Nick Barreto and Andy Kelley (double) had three hits apiece while Gary Braun and Colton Sposta (double) had two hits each to lead Noyes-Ryder. Ryan Palmer added an RBI single.

BASE Technologies 6, Westport Worldwide 5 – Joe Davis hit a towering three-run home run (his second on the season) to power BASE to the win. Mike Newman also had a RBI single and Wyatt Depuy’s RBI single in the sixth was the insurance run BASE needed to clinch the win. Chris Otero made two great defensive plays in the infield. For Westport, Brandon Cooper had three hits and two RBI while Pat Sullivan and Dan Poeltl (two runs scored) had two hits apiece. Mike Koch blasted a sixth-inning homer.

Noyes-Ryder Financial 12, Onex 2 – Nick Barreto homered to center on the first pitch of the game to set the tone for Noyes-Ryder. Jon Hull launched one moments later while Gary Braun (solo shot) and Andy Kelley (grand slam) would also go yard. Ryan Palmer had an RBI single to help fuel the offense.

Taunton Press 6, Ferris Creamery 5 – Drew Tarantino was hit by a pitch in the bottom of the eighth inning with the bases loaded to lift Taunton to the win. Ryan Errico, Matt Mossbarger, Justin DeVellis and Ryan Pisani all pitched well for Taunton. For Ferris, Patrick Pierce had a two-run double while Nick Madden (double) and Thomas Primavera had key hits. Brandon Marks pitched superbly in relief.

Taunton Press 5, Prism Painting 2 – Matt Mossbarger put in a strong pitching performance as Taunton Press was led defensively by Eric Pisani and Ryan Errico. Justin DeVellis, Andrew Martinez and Jack Martin had the hot bats. For Prism, Mike Davis had a triple and Connor Noonan and Tristan Villamil each had a hit. Tristan Villamil and Jimmy Gilbert made stellar plays in the field.

Ocon Pest Control 10, Law Offices of Andrew Buzzi 9 – Garrision Buzzanca was 3-for-3 with two RBI and Ricky Kerins was 2-for-4 with two RBI to lead Ocon. Michael Daubert was 2-for-4 and had a key two-out single in the bottom of the fifth. Brennan Merrick played well at first. For Buzzi, Austin Raftery and Greg Horne each drove in two runs as Matt Sabia had a solid effort behind the plate and Greg Horne pitched well.

Onex 9, Ocon Pest Control 4 – Bubba LeBlanc had four RBIs and Tommy Gleason added two to lead Onex. Nick Swenson also had two nice hits. Andrew Ryan, Brandon McCarthy and Tom Flores played well in the field.

Stony Brook 7, Law Offices of Andrew Buzzi 6 – Pat Mullins stroked two doubles and pitched two strong shutout innings to lead Stony Brook. Justin Cherry also pitched well and made a game saving catch in center field to end the contest. Austin Raftery and Wesley Morlock both hit doubles for Buzzi.

Ocon 16, Stony Brook 13 – Alex Romeo went 2-for-3 with two RBI and three runs scored to lead Ocon. Michael Daubert pitched well, giving up one run over two innings while striking out three. For Stony Brook, Pat Mullins and Alex Lapinksi each went 3-for-3 with three RBI. Jamie MacDonald had a two-out clutch hit in the top of the fifth to keep a rally going as Connor Bateson started rallies in the fifth and sixth by working out walks.

Law Offices of Andrew Buzzi 10, Onex 0 – Harrison Buzzi went 2-for-3 as Dan Harrison and Matt Villamana banged out singles to lead Buzzi. Matt Sabia was 3-for-3 and Greg Horne went 2-for-2. For Onex, Andrew Ryan, Jonah Muniz and Jack Zahansky all had singles as Tom Florez pitched well and Brandon McCarthy made a great defensive play at third.

Ferris Acres Creamery 6, Prism Painting 4 – Chad Ferris, Grant Rickets and Mikey Burton each stole two bases and scored five of the six runs to lead Ferris to the win. Dominic Scarangella (2-for-2 with a walk) had a bases-clearing double in the fifth to put Ferris up for good. For Prism, Connor Noonan singled and tripled as Matt Hoyt and Colin Dutt led a strong defensive effort. Mike Davis, Matt Hoyt, and Erik Laaksonen combined for 11 strikeouts.

Prism Painting 14, Law Offices of Andrew Buzzi – Matt Hoyt, Connor Noonan, Colin Dutt, Jimmy Gilbert and Jacob Moore had two hits apiece to lead Prism. For Buzzi, Austin Raftery was 2-for-3 with a double and a triple as Brock Chimileski was 2-for-2 with a double. Harrison Buzzi, Scott Kelly, Wesley Morlock, and Tim McGrath all contributed with singles.

Ferris Creamery 8, Ocon Pest Control 6 – Grant Rickets, Chad Ferris and David Vallerie swiped 10 bases and helped Ferris race to the win. Chad Ferris was 3-for-4 with a double to lead the offense. For Ocon, Garrison Buzzanca was 2-for-2 and drove in two runs as Michael Daubert pitched two solid innings. Cooper Gold had an excellent performance behind the plate.

Stony Brook 3, Taunton Press 1 – Logan Puleri, Pat Mullins and Justin Cherry put in a strong pitching effort to lead Ferris to the win. Greg Hennessey, Max Hayes and Mullins had key hits. For Taunton, Justin DeVellis pitched two shut out innings and scored the lone run in the third inning after stroking a double.

Prism 24, Stony Brook 1 – Colin Dutt made a great catch in the outfield while Casey Fuller turned in two spectacular catches at first base to lead Prism. Mike Davis, Erik Laaksonen, Matt Hoyt, and Casey Fuller combined for a four-hitter. For Stony Brook, Pat Mullins blasted a homer.

Ferris Creamery 7, Ocon Pest Control 4 – Chad Ferris (2-for-3, 3 SB, 2 runs), Grant Rickets (2-for-2 with a walk, 3 runs, 3 SB), Dominic Scarangella (1-for-2, walk ,  run, RBI) and Patrick Pierce (1-for-3, double, RBI) powered Ferris. For Ocon, Alec Woznick had two hits and drove in two runs Max Temple pitched two strong innings, giving up only two runs.

Taunton Press 8, Law Offices of Andrew Buzzi 3 – Matt Mossbarger, Ryan Pisani (2hits), Drew Tarantino (2 hits), Vikram Makayee (double), Ryan Errico (2 hits) and Justin DeVellis (2 hits) all hit hard to lead Taunton. For Buzzi, Dan Harrison, Brock Chimileski and Greg Horne pitched well as singles Wesley Morlock went 2-for-2 with a double to lead the offense.

Ocon Pest Control 10, Onex 10 – Max Temple went 2-for-3 with three RBI, including a bases loaded triple in the bottom of the sixth, to lead Ocon. Garrison Buzzanca had a solid outing on the hill as Brennan Merrick ended two rallies with two clutch plays at the third. For Onex, Stefan Dullinger and Tom Flores pitched well and Anthony Padgett and Nick Swenson played well on defense. Tommy Gleason had a key hit and two RBIs.

Fairfield County Irrigation 17, Sal & Pepe’s Restaurant 7 – Matt Lindell, Virgil Procaccini and Nick Eisle had two hits each while Jack Lago, Nick Eisle and Harry Duffy each had a pair of RBI to lead FCI.

Mastercard 12, Fairfield County Irrigation 6 – Virgil Procaccini went 2-for-3 and hit his first HR of the season to lead FCI. Nick Eisle had another two-hit day and Mason Galanis doubled as Matt Janco, Lane Kummer and Christopher George put up a solid defensive effort.

Sal & Pepe’s Restaurant 5, Mobil 1 Lube Express 4 – Sugar Shane Quimby, Nate Steinebrey and Colton Moroney had key hits for Sal & Pepe’s as Wiley Zahansky and Sean Reilly turned in sparkling defensive plays. Nick Cagganello pitched two innings of shutout ball. For Mobil 1, Julian Dunn had a single and and two RBIs as Nick Strokis and Greg Grasso each singled in a run. Grasso, Carter Priolo and Connor Miller combined for 14 strikeouts on the hill.

Aerco International 8, Fairfield County Irrigation 7 – Kyle Robertson scored the winning running on a Malcolm Dance double down the third base line in the bottom of the sixth inning. Cooper McLean went 3-for-3 as Conner LeMay and James Leidlein both pounded out a couple hits.

Mobil 1 Lube Express 12, Sal & Pepe’s Restaurant 5 – Bobby Archiere and Max Rucinski led the Newtown Mobil to the win with two runs scored and two RBI each. Nick Roche scored two runs and one RBI and pitched well. Peter Hirst also scored two runs for Newtown Mobil.

Cascone Painting 8, Mastercard 4 – Cascone Painting exploded for a six-run fourth inning to charge past Mastercard. Nick Cirone went 3-for-3 and scored twice while Victor Vasquez and Andrew Hickey pitched two hitless innings each. Will Swain and Markus Elken pitched two shutout innings each for Mastercard as James Barry and Swain each added a hit in the losing effort.

BW Retail Real Estate 6, Mobil 1 Lube Express 3 – Charlie Huegi, Ryan Rosenberger and Brennan O’Sullivan collected  two hits apiece to lead BW. Mark Dowling tripled. For Mobil 1, Connor Miller had three singles as Julian Dunn drove in a run and Adam Israel and Travis Audit both walked and scored on a double by Devon Palila.

Mobil 1 Lube Express 12, Cascone Painting 3 – Nehar Patel had two RBI and Justin Corsello and Akash Ahuja added one each to lead Mobil 1. Nick Roche, Bobby Archiere, Max Rucinski and Stephen Grasso all pitched well. For Cascone, Nick Cirone, Jack Corbett and Andrew Hickey combined to give up five hits over six innings in the loss.

Mastercard 9, Mobil 1 Lube Express 6 – Colton Smith and Will Swain had three hits apiece while Brandon Powell and Jimmy Widdman added two each to lead Mastercard. For Mobil 1, Stephen Grasso had two doubles and a run scored as Nick Roche had a double and one run scored. Peter Hirst, Bobby Lydon, Bobby Archiere and Max Rucinski also scored.

Aerco International 14, Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital 5 – Troy Frangione doubled, homered and scored three times to lead Aerco. Kevin Conte added a couple RBI and pitched great. Defensively, Jack Beal and Jason Ferrari were standouts.

BW Retail Real Estate 5, Mobil 1 Lube Express 4 – Mark Dowling went 2-for-3 with a two-run triple and Connor Roche went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead BW to the victory. Brandon O’Sullivan contributed a hit and two stolen bases. For Mobil 1, Julian Dunn had three doubles, an RBI and scored once as Carter Priolo and Devon Palila both had RBI singles. Adam Israel singled and scored.

Mobil 1 Lube Express 16, Cascone Painting 10 – Brianna Baranowski drove in two runs with a key fifth inning single and Nick Roche had a double, a single, walked, two RBI and scored three times to lead Mobil 1. Nehar Patel had a double, a single, two RBI and scored twice and Bobby Archiere had two singles, walked and also scored three times. For Cascone, Jake Reed went 2-for-3 and Anthony Venezia scored twice.

BW Retail Real Estate 16, Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital 8 – Connor Roche went 4-for-4 with four runs scored and three RBI to lead BW. Chris Daly went 3-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs scored as Ryan Rosenberger came on to close the game, recording four strikeouts in two innings.

Aerco International 9, Mobil 1 Lube Express 8 – Harry Depuy, Troy Frangione and Kevin Conte crushed two hits a piece and Conner LeMay stole home to help seal the victory for Aerco. For Mobil 1, Travis Audet had a double, a single, one RBI and scored twice as Julian Dunn had a triple and single, an RBI and scored twice. Connor Miller added two doubles as Jonathan Santyana singled in a run.

Cascone Painting 8, Sal & Pepe’s Restaurant 6 – Strong pitching from Nick Lotrecchiano, clutch hitting by Jake Reed and Nick Cirone and an RBI triple from Eric Cascone all contributed in a last inning rally that pushed Cascone painting to the win.

Mastercard 12, Fairfield County Irrigation 6 – Colton Smith and Brandon Powell led Mastercard with three hits each while Will Swain, Markus Elken and Jimmy Widdman added a pair of hits each. For FCI, Virgil Procaccini homered and drove in three runs as Nick Eisle belted two hits and Mason Galanis ripped a double.

Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital 14, Mastercard 10 – Forest Speed scored four runs and Matt Wood drove in five to pace Mount Pleasant. Joe Calbo and Kai Hedin had good overall games. For Mastercard, Jimmy Widdman had three hits and two RBIs while Colton Smith and the B-Man Powell had two hits each. Rhett Ehnot sparkled in the field.

BW Retail Real Estate 16, Mobil 1 Lube Express 3 – Chris Daly collected three hits and three runs scored as Connor Roche went 3-for-4, including a RBI triple. Chase Wurtz came had two hits and made a nice catch in center field while Brandon O’Sullivan added a double and two runs scored. For Newtown Mobil, Bobby Archiere, Nick Roche and Bobby Lydon each scored a run.

Associated Refuse 9, Coldwell Banker 4 – Stephen Panza, Keaton McCleary, Jaret Devellis and Chris Calo all had hits to lead Associated Refuse to victory. For Coldwell Banker, Liam Palilla pitched two scoreless innings and recorded five strikeouts as Patrick Bricose, Nick Samuelson and Alex Michaud led the offense.

PC Metal 11, Turner Construction 8 – Joe Santella hit a bases clearing triple and David Matthews went 3-for-3 and scored three runs to lead PC to the win. Ethan Carpenter and Devin Luzietti combined for six RBI. For Turner, Conner Ryan had three hits and four RBI as Jack Procaccini had two hits and scored three runs while Julia Monaco made a fine play at second.

PC Metal 5, Newtown Financial Mortgage 4 – Nick Randle went 2-for-2 with a key triple and scored a run off a hit by Joe Santella to lead PC to the win. David Matthews and Zach Weiland all got key hits. For Newtown Financial, Matthew Elias tripled in two runs as Curtis Williamson, David Anderson and Albert Dean all collected singles.

Coldwell Banker 5, Turner Construction 2 – Matt Maturo pitched two shutout innings and Devin Peterson closed the game by excellent pitching and smart fielding to lead Coldwell. For Turner, Conner “Big Train” Ryan pitched two shutout innings, giving up one hit and striking out four batters.

Rich’s Key’s & Locks 15, Dina 2 – Paul O’Leary walked twice, stole a base and scored two runs to head Rich’s to the win. Nathan Wutzke walked and scored a run as Jacob Nezvesky and Valentino Dilorio played well. For Dina, Matt Hess followed Rob McCabe’s double with a homerun to drive in two runs. Alister Sore and Andrew Cragin pitched well in relief, striking out all 3 batters they faced.

Rich’s Key’s & Locks 13, Newtown Financial Mortgage 7 – CJ Dunn went 2-for-2 with a triple and five RBI while Peter Kohlsaat who swiped a bag, had two walks and scored two runs to lead Rich’s. Alex Daignault and Zach Aumueller played well in the field. For Newtown Financial, Curtis Williamson had three hits as Matthew Elias, Russell Jacobs, and Jared Pearson also added hits.

Newtown Shell 15, Dina 3 – Joshua Houle and Shawn McCarthy had two hits and two RBI apiece to lead Shell. Brendan Crowe scored three runs and James Carney pitched well. Michael Doyle had three singles while Rob McCabe doubled and Dillon Palumbo doubled in a run to lead Dina. Alister Sore and Sydney Dimartino also had hits.
