Teresa Ida Marie Dahlmeyer, daughter of Detlef and Cathryn Dahlmeyer of Sandy Hook, has been awarded an associate of science degree in baking and pastry arts by Johnson & Wales University, Providence, R.I. Teresa was named to the Deanâs List for the 2007 Winter term.
Kristin Mulrane, a master of arts candidate at Connecticut College, was inducted into the Connecticut College chapter of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society of Psychology. Kristin, NHS Class of 2002, is the daughter of Pamela and Thomas Mulrane of Sandy Hook.
Jennifer F. Ratzing, a senior anthropology student at Franklin & Marshall, Lancaster, Penn., was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Jennifer, the daughter of Anthony and Elaine Ratzing, was a member of NHS Class of 2003.
William Raleigh Jacob, NHS Class of 2006, has been awarded the Bowdoin Orient Prize by Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine. The prize is awarded each spring to staff members of Bowdoin Orient, the collegeâs student newspaper, who have made significant contributions to the newspaper in the preceding volume.
Richard W. Andrews, NHS Class of 2006, has accepted membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Membership is offered based on achievements in both college and the community. Richard has just completed is second semester at Western Connecticut State University in the honors program studying finance-investments and markets with a minor in economics.
