Ethical People

To the Editor:

Anyone who knows Tom and Lisa Gissen will tell you that they are responsible and ethical people who care deeply about their children, their families and friends, their community, the town and the schools. Their children are friendly, respectable people who are involved in civic activities.

When they planned the after-prom party for their son, Tom and Lisa took every precaution they could think of to ensure a safe, alcohol-free event where only kids on the invitation list would be allowed in and that once they arrived the kids would not be allowed to leave until the morning.  They went above and beyond and called all of the neighbors ahead of time to inform us about the celebration; they even notified the police to inform them about the party.

Tom and Lisa set an excellent example for their children, friends, and neighbors. They are wonderful neighbors, outstanding citizens, and we are proud to be their friends.
