Golfers Win On Tiebreaker

Newtown High School’s golf team defeated Brookfield at Sunset Hill Golf Course on May 9 to improve to 5-7 this spring. Both teams shot a 160 but Newtown High won on a tiebreaker.

Newtown’s scores are as follows: Rob Marona shot a 38, Brian LeBlanc and Chris Erikson both shot a 40, Abbey Doski a 42, and Vivek Tedla a 45.
