Wayne M. Bagley
Wayne M. Bagley, 55, of Oxford, died May 13, at his home. He was born September 17, 1956, in Plymouth, Mass., a son of Margaret (Dugas) Bagley of Newtown and the late Wilson Bagley. He was the husband of Marianne Bessenaire Bagley.
Mr Bagley worked as an international business manager for Sikorsky Aircraft for 33 years. His hobbies included woodworking, teasing his family, time at the lake, ice hockey, and skiing.
In addition to his loving wife of 29 years and his mother, he is survived by a son, Worth M. Bagley of Oxford; a daughter, Meredith A. Bagley of Brighton, Mass.; a sister Arilee M. Bagley of Voorheesbille, N.Y.; his father-in-law, Paul J. Bessenaire, Sr; several aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers- and sisters-in-law; many tremendous close friends and colleagues; and Zoë the dog. A brother, Wilson, predeceased Mr Bagley.
A mass of Christian burial was scheduled for Friday, May 18, at 11 am, at St Thomas the Apostle Church, Oxford. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours were scheduled at Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main Street North, for Thursday, May 17, from 4 to 8 pm.
