Adopt From The Animal Center
The following cats and dogs are available for adoption through The Animal Center:
SNAP (black and white female), CRACKLE (female tortoiseshell), and POP (black male)
are playful, outgoing and friendly eight week old kittens for adoption. They are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines.
CAMMY is a sweet and sociable 1 year old mommy who is like a kitten herself. Cammy would make an ideal companion for a home that wants a cat that is more like a dog, in that, Cammy really likes to be around people and loves to talk to them in her sweet voice. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
CALEB is a black and white kitten whose markings make him look like a superhero. Heâs sociable and enjoys human contact. He loves to eat and will stuff his little belly. Caleb is the most adventurous of his littermates and loves all kinds of things that he can make into a sport. He is neutered and current on vaccines.Â
TEAH is a super-friendly medium haired tabby cat for adoption. She is approximately 1 year old and recently had kittens. Her kittens are nearly old enough for adoption and itâs time for mom to find a home to call her own. Sheâs healthy and will be spayed as soon as her kittens are weaned.
KATNISS is a friendly, happy-go-lucky kitty for adoption. Animal Center officials rescued Katniss just a few days before she gave birth to her kittens. About a week later, three orphaned kittens in Newtown needed a mamma so officials put them with Katniss to see if she would accept them. Katniss welcomed the three new babies with open paws as if they were her own, licking each one clean top to bottom. Katniss is still nursing her kittens but will be ready for adoption soon. She will be spayed and up to date on vaccines before she leaves the adoption program.
LESLIE is a friendly and gentle cat who loves to be petted and sit on laps. She was left behind when her owners moved and she had been living beneath the front porch of her old house. Leslie was adopted out from the program but was returned because a family member didnât care for her. Leslie is spayed and current on vaccines. Â
STONE is a 3 year old Border Collie mix who was pulled just minutes from being euthanized. Stone would do best in a home with older children and adults. He is playful and very obedient, and is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. The Animal Center asks that you consider opening your home to an older dog.
ASPEN is a very friendly, 7 month old Jack Russell terrier /lab mix. Her tail is always wagging and she is a very happy dog. She is full grown at approximately 60 pounds, spayed and current on vaccines.
EMMA is a very sweet female shepherd mix who is approximately 1-2 years pld. She is gentle and easy to handle. Emma is spayed and current on vaccines.
JOSIE is a female 10 week old black Lab mix. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
SANDY, PEBBLES, and ROCKY are 8 week old beagle mix puppies for adoption. They are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.
Good news: Chloe, Cali, Black Jack, and Chewy have been adopted.
