Esther Margret Young

Esther Margret (Kowalkowski) Young, of Sandy Hook,  died May 15, after a long illness. She was born February 21, 1934, in Bridgeport.

Ms Young was a lifelong member of the Danbury-Bethel Seventh-day Adventist church, where she was the church organist for most of her adult life. She and her daughter also were responsible for all of the floral arrangement for the church.

Her daughter Rochelle (Young) Campanelli of Sandy Hook; her son Richard Young of Cabot, Vt.; her brother Ronald Kowalkowski, and wife Martha, of Waterbury, Vt.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren survive Ms Young.

A memorial service will be held at the Danbury-Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church, 67 Turkey Plain Road,  Bethel, Sunday, June 3, at 1 pm.
