Looking For Father Of The Year

DANBURY —Danbury Jaycees are looking to find this year’s Father of the Year. Has your dad done something you are proud of? Has he supported you during a difficult time? Has he done something with in the community? Is he an all-around “great father”? If so, the Jaycees want to hear about it.

Send a brief written explanation on why your father deserves to be our Father of the Year to Danbury Jaycees/Father’s Day Contest, PO Box 3351, Danbury, CT 06813. Entries can also be emailed to danburyjaycees@hotmail.com.

Entries should be received by June 13.

Entries should include your father’s name, your father’s address, your name, your address, and your daytime phone number. Photos may be included but are not required. Photos cannot be returned. 

The winner of annual Father’s Day Contest will be announced in The News-Times and will be asked to attend the Jaycee Membership Meeting on June 17 to receive his special award.
