Carminuccio’s Pizza 7, My Place 5: For My Place, Abigail Clarke had 3 hits, Julia Anderson drove in 2  runs, Cate Norton added a hit and Amanda Bradbury scored twice. In the field, Anderson pitched well. Heather Azzarito and Sarah Brittin each had a putout at third base. Carminuccio’s Pizza had two scoreless innings from pitcher Adelaide Meier who also had four hits. Elizabeth Maker had two hits and made two clean stops in the field. Kiernan Kelly had two hits. Shannon Cheh had multiple hits and a putout at third. Tess Mubarek had a double and Lindsay Sherwood and Victoria Weiman getting singles.

Carminuccio’s Pizza 0, My Place Restaurant 0: In a game placed in cold temperatures, My Place got 3 hits from Sarah Brittin. Emma McGrath added 2 hits and Katherine Bassett added a hit. Jacklin Gouveia pitched well. For Carminuccio’s Pizza, Shannon Cheh and Adelaide Meier reach base safely in all of there at bats. Kiernan Kelly also had a hit. Tess Mubarek made a put out at first on a grounder and Adelaide Meier made a nice catch on a fly ball.

Dina Hungry Hippos 5, My Dog Brand 2: Lindsey Gallagher, Leah Hushion and Grace Frost hit well for the Hungry Hippos. Joanna Vodola, Shannon Lynch and Alexis Barra played strong defense. For My Dog Brand Chili Peppers, Sydney Flint, Emma Maki and Haley Ryan had good games at the plate while Claire Hull held the defense together with a strong performance behind the plate and great play at first base.

Newtown Hardware 8, DINA 0: For the DINA Hippos, Shannon Lynch and Sydney DeMartino pitched well for the Hippos while Anna Harrison played well defensively. For the Newtown Hardware Yellow Peeps, the offense was led by Jillian Gibney, Caitlyn Linden, Lauren Villamana, Julia Scarangella Nikki Alexander and Lexi Tucker pitched very well. Ashley Gong and Michaela Jackman did a nice job at the catcher positions.

Newtown Pools 2, Creative Mailing Services 2: Newtown Pools offense was led by Hannah Makris and Lauren Wilcox, with the defense, keeping the Creative Mailing Services in check, led by Emily Dirga and Taylor Pare. Great pitching by Aimee Talbot kept the hits to a minimum. Chloe Kasak, Madeline Meier and Cassidy Keller led Creative Mailing Services offensive attack with key hits. Defensively, Kelsey Nicholson threw 2 strikeouts and had a put out at first base to single handedly hold off Newtown Pools in the last inning.

My Dog Brand Chili Peppers 4, Newtown Pools 3: For My Dog Brand, Natalie Shaker, Katie Reilly, Sidney Flint and Tegan Doherty all pitched very well. Robin Rockwell lead the offense with 2 hits, Emma Short, Katie Reilly and Tegan Doherty had good games at the plate and Clare Hull made a games saving play at first base. The Newtown Pools were led by Lauren Wilcox, Victoria Clarke and Sarah MacMullan, each of whom pitched a great game. Zoe Lloyd and Sarah Spillane played great defensive games and Stefanie Carr led the offense.
