St Rose Preschool Family Fun Day

Almost 200 children from the St Rose preschool program celebrated Family Fun Day recently at Dickenson Park. The children, divided into groups of 4- and 5-year-olds, enjoyed activities including potato sack races, water balloon tosses, and other games with their families.

“It was kind of their last hurrah before graduation [June 6],” said Peggy McIntryre. “It was lovely to have such wonderful weather!” Ms McIntryre’s 4-year-old son Ryan attends St Rose. “The kids wore T-shirts they made as a class project for the event,” she said. “We had a really good time.”
