On behalf of The Newtown Woman’s Club, I would like to thank The Bee for the excellent coverage of our May 28 fundraising bake sale held to benefit Newtown Underwater Search and Rescue at Lexington Gardens.

Many thanks also to the residents of Newtown who supported this event with the purchase of all the homemade goodies. Because of you, our bake sale was a great success.
