Michael Rhine & Jessica Oswald

Sandy Hook residents Linda and Fred Oswald announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Eileen Oswald, to Michael Ward Rhine, son of Louise and Rowland Rhine of Colonial Beach, Va. A November 2011 wedding is being planned for the couple, who reside in Kensington, Md.

The future bride is a 2001 graduate of Newtown High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware.

She is the Mid-Atlantic account mManager, handling biotechnology and life science sales, for Eurofins MWG Operon.

The groom-to-be graduated from Parkdale High School, in Riverdale, Md., in 1993. He is a Mid-Atlantic account manager of biotechnology/life science sales for Genesee Scientific.
