DANBURY — The Praxair Cancer Center at Danbury Hospital, American Cancer Society, and Ann’s Place, The Home of I Can, are looking for local artistic talent.

Cancer survivors, caregivers, physicians, nurses, family, and friends from all areas of Connecticut are invited to submit an original piece of art that symbolizes their personal feelings about cancer for the second “Joy of Survival — Expressions of the Cancer Journey through Art” exhibit.

The deadline for entry forms is July 20. The art show opens September 19 and runs through October 29 from 8 am to 8 pm at The Praxair Cancer Center at Danbury Hospital.
