Teen Book Discussions At Bethel Library

BETHEL — Bethel Public Library invites teens to attend book discussions this summer.

For those who stayed up late reading the new Harry Potter as soon as it came out, join staff members on Saturday, July 30, at 11:30 am, for a pizza lunch and book discussion of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. A few copies are available for borrowing from the library.

This year, due to popular demand, the Nutmeg prices for grades 4-6 have been supplemented by the Teen Nutmeg award for grades 7 and 8. The first nominee to be discussed will be The Goblin Wood by Hilari Bell.

The second book, Goddess of Yesterday by Caroline Cooney, will be talked about on Saturday, August 27, from 10:30 to 11 am.

For more information or to register, contact Amy Schumann at 794-8756, extension 0.
