Devon Manfredonia, NHS Class of 2004, has been named to Dean’s List for the spring semester at Vanderbilt University~Peabody College, in Nashville, Tenn.

Timothy Cardoso, NHS Class of 2003, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Mark Melody, son of Thomas and Betty Melody of 3 Tory Lane, has received a master of education in instructional technology from Lesley University, Cambridge, Mass. Mr Melody is currently employed as a school teacher at Hubert Middle School in Savannah, Ga.

Jennifer Ratzing, NHS Class of 2003, received a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology, magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Penn. Jennifer, daughter of Anthony and Elaine Ratzing, is an honors list student, Presidential Scholar, member of Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Beta Kappa, participated in choir, LGBTA (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgendered and Allies), the Sexual Assault Violence Education Committee, the Wilderness Club, and Diwali.

Theodore W. Timmel, of Riverside Road, was awarded a master of arts degree in social work from Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven. Ted, a 2002 graduate of Ithaca College, was a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society for Social Work at SCSU. He has accepted a position at the Devereux Glenholme School in Washington.

Lesley E. Siegel has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Connecticut College, New London.

Roger Williams University, Bristol, R.I., announces the following Newtown residents have been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester: Rachel Dapp, Jennifer Dahlgard, and Michelle Steuer.

Mathew Sean Miller, NHS Class of 2004, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at The University of Montana, Missoula.
