Activity Day To Raise Funds

For Katrina Mission

MONROE — From 9 am until noon on Saturday, August 2, Beacon Hill Church, 371 Old Zoar Road, will host a Children’s Activity Day.

The Beacon Hill Evangelical Free Church mission’s team is hosting the special events as part of its fundraising efforts for a Katrina Relief mission trip to New Orleans August 16–23.

Children of all ages are invited for a fun filled morning of games, rain or shine.

Any optional donation is tax deductible and will be used by the team of seven adults and ten children who will be traveling to Louisiana, where they will join 80 volunteers from all over the country still carrying on the work to rebuild homes from the Hurricane damage from almost three years ago.
