At Pomperaug Woods

SOUTHBURY — Pomperaug Woods will be hosting its annual Outdoor Concert Series beginning Tuesday, August 14. Performances are at the gazebo, and the entrance to Pomperaug Woods is at 80 Heritage Road.

Willie Nininger, John Kuhner and Bernie Ross will kick off the concert series with a performance at 6:30 that evening. Attendees will need to bring their own chairs or blankets for seating.

Complimentary hot dogs, chips and soda will be available prior to the concert beginning at 5:30.

Rain date is Wednesday, August 15.

Upcoming concerts include Funky Butt Jazz Band on August 21 and Music From The Heart on August 28.
