Glynis Sharp of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Geraldine Nusbaum of Juner Properties.

Attorney Chris Donohue of Danbury represented the sellers and attorney Ron Gold of Stamford represented the buyers.
