An acclaimed author, a fashion icon, and a criminal justice advocate are all among those planning to headline at Edmond Town Hall next month and beyond.

Acclaimed author, humorist, and cultural commentator Fran Lebowitz will continue the Newtown Talks series on Friday, September 18, at 8 pm.

Known for her razor-sharp wit and unapologetic observations on modern life, Lebowitz has become one of America’s most recognizable voices on culture, politics, media, and New York City life. Her bestselling works, including Metropolitan Life and Social Studies, have earned her a devoted following for decades.

Lebowitz has also reached new audiences through her acclaimed Netflix series Pretend It’s a City, directed by Martin Scorsese, where her sharp commentary and unmistakable humor became a cultural phenomenon.

The evening will feature conversation, commentary, and audience Q&A, offering attendees a rare opportunity to experience Lebowitz live and unfiltered.

Tickets are $60-$80 and available through edmondtownhall.org.

Fashion icon, entertainer, and bestselling author Isaac Mizrahi will take the Edmond Town Hall stage on Saturday, September 19, at 8 pm.

For more than 35 years, Mizrahi has built an extraordinary career at the intersection of fashion, entertainment, television, and music. Performing alongside his jazz band, he combines music, storytelling, humor, and personal reflections in a one-of-a-kind evening of live entertainment.

Mizrahi is widely known for his groundbreaking work in fashion design, his bestselling memoir I.M., his long-running television appearances, and his memorable turn on Broadway in Chicago. The New York Times has praised him as “a founding father of a genre that fuses performance art, music and stand-up comedy.”

Audiences can expect a stylish, witty, and deeply entertaining performance from one of the most dynamic personalities in American culture.

Tickets for this show are $55-$85, and also available online.

Known internationally for her wrongful conviction and eventual exoneration in Italy, Knox has transformed her experience into a platform for advocacy, storytelling, and meaningful conversation around justice, resilience, and personal growth.

In support of her latest memoir, Free: My Search for Meaning, Knox will share reflections on perseverance, identity, public scrutiny, and rebuilding a life after extraordinary hardship.

The evening will include an onstage conversation, audience Q&A, and book signing opportunity.

This compelling event offers audiences the chance to hear directly from one of the most talked-about public figures of the past two decades in an intimate live setting.
