Trudy Ritz Goodrow

Trudy Ritz Goodrow, 70, died May 15, at Richland Memorial Hospital, Columbia, S.C. Born in Germany November 14, 1941, she was brought to the United States in 1946 and grew up in Stamford. She was the daughter of  Alfreda Grenke Ritz and Adolph Ritz.

A longtime resident of Newtown, she was a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church.

For more than 30 years she was the practice administrator of the pediatric office of Dr Thomas Draper, and later that of  Dr Lalaine Mortera.

Her son Ronald Goodrow, and his wife Linda, and daughter Laurie Embree, and her husband Scott, all of Alcolu, S.C.; a brother, Walter Ritz of Danbury; and three grandchildren survive Ms Goodrow. A daughter, Linda Goodrow Luckner, predeceased her.
