The 47th Ukrainian Festival will be held Sunday, August 27, at Paproski’s Castle Hill Farm Pumpkin Patch, 25 Sugar Lane (off Route 302/Sugar Street). All are welcome.

The event begins at 11 am with the Celebration of the Divine Liturgy by Father Ivan Mazuryk, pastor of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church of Bridgeport, the festival’s sponsor.

From 12:30 until 4 pm guests will then be able to purchase Ukrainian and picnic style foods.

A lively program of Ukrainian songs and dancing will begin at 2.

There will additionally be an exhibit of Ukrainian artifacts and vendors selling Ukrainian artifacts and embroidery.

Hayrides, volleyball, and horseshoe tournaments round out the offerings.

A portion of the proceeds raised from this event will again be designated to aid Ukraine.

Admission is $5, with free parking. BYO chairs/blankets for seating.
