Lisa DeVellis and Tina Wessel of William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty listed and sold the property.

Attorney Tim Holian represented the seller. Attorney Eric DaSilva represented the buyers.

Kelley and Drake Bassett purchased 40 Obtuse Road from Sandra and Shawn Brazo.

Necole Salvesen of William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Lisa Pompeo of Coldwell Banker Shaker, Wilton.
