Educators’ Night At Barnes & Noble

DANBURY — All local teachers are invited to a special event at Barnes & Noble Booksellers that will enable them to find out more about the book store’s resources for educators.

On Thursday, September 21, beginning at 7:30 pm, staff members will offer tours of the store’s education section and children’s department. Children’s book author Carmine Coco DeYound will be on hand to discuss writing children’s books.

Also, each teacher who shows a valid school ID or current paycheck stub will be given a Barnes & Noble Educator’s Discount Card. The evening will also include prizes and giveaways.
