Alumni of Newtown High School's Class of 1986 will gather at Newtown Country Club on the evening of Saturday, October 10 to "catch up and reminisce about the good old days."

Tickets cost $75 per person, and include a buffet dinner (there will be a cash bar available). If someone was a part of the NHS Class of 1986 but did not actually graduate with them (their family moved out of town or they attended a private high school), the reunion organizers would still love to have them.

There will also be a more casual event on Friday, October 9, at NewSylum Brewing Company. Tickets to that are $45 per person and include a buffet. If someone is interested in participating, send an e-mail to NHS_Class_of_1986@proton.me indicating how many people will be attending (plus ones are welcome).

The deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, September 13; there will be no tickets available at the door.

If someone cannot attend either of this year's events but would like to be contacted for future reunions, they can e-mail their current contact information to NHS_Class_of_1986@proton.me (and share what they have been up to).

Event organizers would also love to hear from anyone who was an NHS teacher in 1986.
