Horse Guard Fall Festival Fun For All

The Friends of the Second Company Governor’s Horse Guard (2GHG) hosted its annual 2GHG Fall Festival on the Fairfield Hills grounds on September 12. Approximately 800 attendees enjoyed learning about the history and traditions of Connecticut’s historic cavalry.
The event included horse shows, pony rides, interactive cavalry history displays, face painting, a variety of games, local vendors, crafts, pet adoptions, food trucks, and more.
