This week’s Walk & Talk with First Selectman Rosenthal has been canceled.

An email blast from the first selectman’s office early Thursday afternoon indicated the every-other-week event was being canceled this week due to expected rain.

The next walking program at Fairfield Hills with Dan Rosenthal is now scheduled for Friday, October 8. Residents are invited to meet outside the southern entrance of Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, to participate. Reservations are not required.
